Asian pear with apricot seed
This recipe is good for strengthening the lungs, reducing phlegm, coughs and asthma attacks. This recipe is best used as a preventive measure for people with chronic lung issues.
Remove the seeds from the core of the Asian pear and place into a small bowl.
Cover the pear with fresh filtered water.
Add 15 chinese apricot seeds.
Cover and place into a bigger pot with boiling water.
Cover and boil for 1.5 hours; add more water when water in the large pot is running low.
Allow to cool slightly before consuming the pear and drinking the aromatic water.
Notes
Can be consumed 2 to 3 times a week
